If the product is being returned due to a workmanship
defect, simply contact customerservice@hyper-designs.com or use the toll
free number, and we will issue you a RMA# to return the merchandise.
If the product is being replaced, a replacement
is shipped to you after receipt and inspection of the defective product
by Hyper-Designs, Inc.
If a credit is requested, the original credit card
used to make the purchase is credited within 24 hours after receipt and
inspection of the defective product by Hyper-Designs, Inc.
If a refund is requested, a refund check will be
issued within 3 days after receipt and inspection of the defective product
by Hyper-Designs, Inc.
If you wish to return a product for any reason
other than a workmanship defect, you will be charged a re-stocking fee of
15% plus shipping and handling costs. |
